Certifications and what they cover
Quality management at Colormix Packaging follows ISO 9001:2015. Below is what that changes in practice, and what we will and will not put on a document.

Quality management is applied to production and inspection, and the certificate copy is available for buyer compliance files on request.

What we do on every order
One signed reference
The approved physical sample defines what a pass looks like. Inspection compares the bulk run against it, not against an opinion.
Named inspection points
Material on arrival, first-off print, die-cutting, finishing and final packing are each checked and recorded, with the record available with the shipment.
Written specification
Board grade, print method, finishing and packing are written into the order. If a material claim matters, the specification states what the material is.
Corrective action
If a check fails, the batch is held and the cause is recorded before rework. The record is shared with the customer when it affects their order.
What we put on a document
We list the standards and claims that apply to the specific order, and nothing else. If a customer needs a material declaration for board or adhesive, it is requested with the order so it can be provided by the mill or supplier that produced the material — not written from memory afterwards.
What to ask for
- Board grade and material specification for the run
- Inspection record for the order, against the signed sample
- Packing list and shipping documents with the shipment
- Certificate copy, where a buyer's compliance process requires it
