Rigid boxes
Lid and base, book-style, shoulder-neck, magnetic, clamshell, drawer
Factory
100+ box types produced to one specification route: written spec, dieline, physical sample, bulk. This page sets out what we control at each stage and what you receive from it.
Lid and base, book-style, shoulder-neck, magnetic, clamshell, drawer
Tuck-end, reverse tuck, crash-lock, sleeve and tray
Roll end, tuck top, two-piece, tear strip
Every stage has a written control and a document that leaves it. That is how a specification survives the distance between a design file and a pallet.
| Stage | Control | Output |
|---|---|---|
| Specification | Written specification, agreed before quoting | Locked spec sheet |
| Structure and dieline | Dieline drawn and issued by our engineering team | Dieline PDF with artwork placed |
| Tooling | Cutting forme made to the approved dieline | Cutting plate, die-cut test sheet |
| Board and material | Board grade and paper specified per project | Material specification on the order |
| Printing | Colour checked against the approved sample | First-off sheet approval |
| Finishing | Foil, emboss, UV and lamination checked at first-off | Finishing sample, inspection record |
| Die-cutting and creasing | Dimensions and crease lines checked against the dieline | Dimension check record |
| Assembly and packing | Assembled and counted per carton, marked per packing list | Packing list, carton marks |
| Export | Shipping documents issued with the shipment | Invoice, packing list, B/L or AWB |
Inspection records, packing data and shipping documents are issued with the order. If a buyer's compliance process needs a specific document, ask at quotation stage so it is included from the start.

Dimensions, weight, quantity, channel and destination is enough for a first proposal. If you have a reference box, send a photo with a ruler in frame.
